As a result of the work produced by her award-winning firm, she published her first book. The Interior Design Productivity Toolbox, streamlines the processes and systems for Interior Designers, Students and the Design/Build community, through a series of comprehensive checklists. The book is now available on Amazon.com, Wiley.com, and local bookstores as well.
As a direct result of the success of the book, Phyllis launched Harbinger Design and Business Consulting, to further her work with Designers and the Design/Build Community, consulting with entrepreneurs and providing a unique set of tools with which they can grow and manage their firms.
She has also been speaking across the globe and has three CEU presentations in addition to moderating panel discussions at High Point and other Design Markets.
“Working with Phyllis Harbinger has been an absolute pleasure. She has helped design three homes for us and not only did each project turn out beautifully but the process was enjoyable as well.”
